The Bahandi Blueprint Series aims to provide a concrete and holistic business design for small and medium enterprises, either start-up or established. This training series, will serve as a road map for legacy building of a business, which we believe is the essence of every successful business undertaking.
Divided into the 5 Business Phases: CREATION, START -UP, EXPANSION, PROTECTION, and LEGACY, the series will help the participants gradually develop knowledge, practical and social skills and positive attitudes, that will propel the business forward.
CREATION PHASE:
The Creation Phase paves the way in finding the right business organization through understanding the roles, as well as, family relations. We will begin to understand the risks and returns involved through a business viability review. In addition, we will be laying the foundation of the business by creating the mission-vision that will be embodied in the core values. The core team will also be introduced to their specific roles, ensuring excellent communications and results, through understanding the behavioral matrix.
